Product Warranties

All our services come with a two-year fitting guarantee, if you encounter any issues with your new floor please contact us directly and we will aim to rectify this within 14 days.

The manufacturer warranties vary and this will be advised to you prior to work starting, if you encounter a manufacturing issue then please contact us and we will advise you of the next steps

Have a Complaint?

As we are a small business, we like to approach each project in a friendly manner and get to know our customers, you will be in contact with the same person from the initial query through to the completion of the work and for this reason, we hope any complaints can be dealt with as a matter of course.

However, if you feel the need to make a formal complaint we have the following procedure;

If there is any claim arising from our obligations under the guarantee, then any such claim should be emailed to tom@tokaflooring.co.uk or a letter sent to:

We commit to responding to all complaints within 7 working days of receipt.
